We issue your ticket after payment clears. You confirm the fare, pay, and the ticket is issued at that price. This protects you from fare jumps between quoting and booking.

OTB (Okay to Board) is a confirmation some airlines require before boarding passengers travelling on e-visas, most commonly for the UAE. If your trip needs it, we file it with the airline before departure. Without it, the airline can refuse boarding even if your visa is valid.

Yes. Requirements differ by country, from visa-free entry (Nepal) to permits (Bhutan) to e-visas and sticker visas. Tell us your destination and passport details and we will list what you need, what it costs and how long it takes.

For visa-required destinations, 4 to 6 weeks gives comfortable margin. Peak seasons (summer holidays, Diwali, New Year) deserve 2 to 3 months for the best fares and rooms. Short-notice trips are possible; call us and we will give you a straight answer on what fits your window.

Both. We build private trips for couples and solo travellers, run fixed group departures, and manage corporate movements of a hundred-plus delegates under our MICE desk.
